Founder, Director & President
Chief of International Affairs
Rayhan is a sophomore at The Bronx High School of Science who serves as the founder, director, and president of YMA. His passion for medicine began at age four during a hospital stay, where he witnessed the compassionate care of medical professionals.
Inspired by his grandmother's work as a doctor in Bangladesh and his own early experiences with healthcare, Rayhan founded YMA to provide other students with the opportunities and mentorship he wished he had access to.
He spends countless hours each week ensuring the proper functioning of YMA, organizing teams, coordinating events, and maintaining the organization's productivity. Rayhan aspires to pursue medicine with interests in cardiology, emergency medicine, and neurology.
Director of Content Creation
Victor is a junior at The Bronx High School of Science who oversees all content YMA utilizes for weekly meetings. He helps create educational materials and manages content development with his dedicated team. In his free time, Victor enjoys playing guitar and reading.
Director of Outreach
Muntha is a junior at The Bronx High School of Science and serves as YMA's Ambassador at Bronx Science. She combines her passions for health, creativity, and providing opportunities for underprivileged students through coordinated communications, media management, and strategic collaborations.

Kimberly brings creative hobbies and a strong interest in medical research to her leadership roles. She's highly social and loves meeting new people, making her perfect for managing our ambassador program and news production initiatives.
Develops educational materials, presentations, and resources for weekly meetings and special events. Creates engaging content that helps members learn about various medical specialties and current healthcare topics.
Manages communications, social media presence, and community partnerships. Works to expand YMA's reach and connect with students, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions.
Coordinates student ambassadors across different schools and regions. Helps spread awareness about YMA's opportunities and serves as local points of contact for interested students.
Creates newsletters, updates, and media content to keep members informed about YMA activities, medical news, and upcoming opportunities. Maintains our digital presence and communication channels.
Plans and organizes hospital visits, workshops, guest speaker sessions, and community service activities. Coordinates with partner institutions to create meaningful learning experiences.
Manages global partnerships and international expansion efforts. Works to connect YMA with medical organizations and educational institutions worldwide to broaden our impact.
